If you do not respond in writing more than 30 days prior to the expiry of the twelve month period then the agreement will continue.

The signed agreement cannot be cancelled by either party during the 12 month period. Any unilateral cancellation will constitute a breach of this agreement and the defaulting party will be liable for the costs of that default.

Search Engine Optimisation Assessment will be carried out by Nationwide Business Directory of Australia on behalf of the client within 7 days of contract commencement date. As the report will contain confidential information, it will be issued when the company has verified the correct email address to which it should be sent such as IT, Webmaster or other designated department or person.
